Iridescent Benevolence challenge is bugged

Title says it all, got an Iridescent Benevolence emblem but no progress towards the archive challenge.

I have the same problem

I had no issues at all with it.
I did have issues with sacrifices while others didnt. Maybe it's a rare bug.
