Do survivors enjoy doing gens?

I play killer more then suRvivor cause holding m1 on a gen for the whole game gets kinda boring but if i follow the killer im toxic. Killer gameplay imo is more fun. Which side do you enjoy more and why? This isnt a post hating on survivors im just saying my opiniom

    I play both but I lean killer (60/40 split I'd say)

    I enjoy being a survivor but I keep finding I'm more often killed because my team is incompetent rather than because I did something well or poorly. I generally lean killer just because then it is all on me to win or lose the match and no gamble that the team I'm going to get stuck with somehow has never played the game in their life despite being a high rank...

    I enjoy playing both pretty equally if it were a question asked in a vacuum

    Probably more killer due to terrible survivors lobby times and I mainly do solo and I have a swf group but we don’t play every day, and survivor is just way to easy. I think killer is more rewarding to play as you will genuinely know that you’ve out smarted your opponent instead of playing survivor and doing brain dead pallet looping that takes 0 skill and also using infinite’s like the window on iron works.

    To answer the question in the title, as a solo player, I have my moments:

    Most of the time I will keep an eye out and concentrate on the skill checks and my surroundings in case it's a stealth killer and they sneak up on me.

    However, when someone is getting chased, I'm a solo player and I don't have any friends to talk too, I'll just be holding M1 and sometimes I will zone out and stare into space but somehow I'm able to press space and hit skill checks while I'm preoccupied. It's weird to be honest, I don't know how I do it, it just happens.

    I usually just bring a flashlight and follow the killer while he's chasing someone, then i flashlight save, getting chased the whole game, escape and the killer will say "toxic genrushers"

    No, I don’t enjoy doing gens. I just do it because if I don’t, everyone dies.

    I enjoy killer a lot unless I’m going against a sweat squad, then it’s just boring/frustrating. But regular killer matches are a lot of fun for me, especially if it’s a close match. Survivor is fun if my team mates have a brain, even if I die - as long as we have it a genuine attempt.

    Killer main here. Not really! I don't have fun playing survivor simply because survivor is just flat out boring to me and feel like their is no skill really needed for survivor

    It was very mind numbing for the longest time until I found a group of people I can swf with and play with on a regular basis. We can actually get ######### done and I don't mind being a gen jocky when we can actually get ######### done.

    I started playing back in 2018 and took the longest break in 2019 until quite recently when I joined a group in 2020. It's been a blast and truly revitalized my love to play this game.
