Didn't myers have a normal terror radius in tier 2? It says it is now considerably reduced and with monitor it is zero. When did that happen?

No it's always been 16m in Tier 2, 8m with MaA outside a chase and 4m with Dead Rabbit + MaA outside a chase.

Thanks but he was standing right next to basement stairs stalking and i didn't hear a thing. He didn't have dead rabbit either. Just seemed off.

Was this in the killer shack or elsewhere? Were you in the basement or outside?
An 8m Terror radius is still extremely small and Myers will basically be next to you when you hear it.

Gas heaven. Middle building. Just weird. Ive never been taken that off guard against a non scratched mirror build.
