Bug? Perks not appearing in bloodweb (PS4)

Hi,

I ascended my Yui Kimura to prestige 3, but now after reaching lvl 50 for the 3rd and last time for her, no perks show up in her bloodweb anymore. And that is even though she misses borrowed time and some other perks which should be available, since I got them on my other survivors too.

    If you have let's say, Bill and you unlocked the teachable for BT then it should appear randomly on your bloodweb, check if you have it unlocked first, if you do have it....just continue levelling your character until it appears, it shouldn't be an issue considering at lvl50 you get to see 4 perks and you can choose which one you want.
