Why ivory moris are more rare than ebony moris
Is it because the devs failed math when they designed the blood web? With the ultra rares on killers you have max 3 of them and are guaranteed one every level 50 blood web which means your chances of getting one is going to be 1 to 3 or less depending on the killer.
With rare (green) offerings and add ons you get more of them per blood web (average is like 5 or 6) but there are way more of them in the game (19) and each can repeat itself in a bloodweb which makes the chances of you getting an ivory mori much less than 1 to 3.
Let's say you were a gambling man and somebody told you theyd give you a thousand dollars if you can guess a number between 1 and 3 but you only have one chance to guess it. OR you can guess a number between 1 and 19 and they'll give you 6 times to guess it but each time you guess wrong the number changes.
If you picked the second option then you dont understand odds.

Yeah, I got like 34 ebony on my nurse and only 9 ivory. I never use my mori’s unless a key is brought, just to balance the match ;)

How is this bait? Do you play killer? Tell me how often you get ebony moris over ivory? Ebony moris are very common in blood webs because of what I just explained. The odds of killers getting an ebony are way higher than the odds of getting an ivory. And yet ebony moris are the "ultra rares."
There are a couple ways of fixing this.
1. Dont make green offerings and items repeatable in the same blood web. This will greatly increase then odds of getting more ivory and varieties of greens.
2. Add more ultra rares. Since only one ultra rare shows up per blood web, adding new ones will greatly decrease odds on getting a particular one.
But everytime a new map gets added to this game, odds of getting a particular green item keep going down. So getting ivorys or bps will become even rarer.

To be honest, as a killer, I actually agree with this. Often times I just want to mori a friend or a key user... it feels weird bring an ebony mori when I want to just mori one person, but I got like 100 ebony and no ivory mori's

You're absolutely correct.
Ivories are rarer than Ebonies.

If killers wanted to they could be complete dicks to survivors mains and I'm not sure survivor mains even realise this. I could play hundreds of games right now bringing an ebony mori to every single one of them. The bloodweb is completely broken on this. Killer mains dont do it because most killer mains are not the jerks some think they are.

Because they removed killer offerings (for playing dlc killers). They were trash but ultra rare so ebony wasn't that common. Now with Billy or LF (both killers don't have ultra rare addons) have only chance for ebony as ultra rare item. From ultra rare mistery box on this 2 killers you have 100% for ebony. While with those trash killer offerings it was 20%

Exactly. Learherface and hillbilly get an ebony mori every bloodweb. Guaranteed. Imagine playing a hillbilly with an ebony mori every game.
My suggestion for fixing this which a lot of people might not like is to move all the map offerings into the ultra rare category. That would balance it out to where ivorys become much more common than ebony moris. Ebony moris will actually be "ultra rare" and so will red keys on the survivor side. And each time a new map is added they become even rarer.
Personally I would like a lot more bps in the game then ebony moris. I dont like the fact that each time a new map is added we are being cheated out of more blood points. Most people dont look at it that way but that's essentially what happens.

You're right. Even making BPS as ultra rare (for some weird reason) would make it more common than now as "rare" aka green offering

If anything, you are the bait here buddy
1 -
Same reason BPS are more common than bound envelope
0 -
I really think the entire offering grid needs reworking.
0 -
bps is more common than bound envelope because bps can be found on both survivor and killer bloodweb. But the chances of getting a bound envelope or bps on a survivor bloodweb is the same since they are both green offerings.

My main survivor has 6 BPS and only 1 bound envelope. Ive used no envelopes but ive used at least 1 bps that i can remember.

The devs could have it programmed to where bps show up more in survivor bloodweb than bound envelope, but I doubt that is the case. I think the odds are the same for all green items.
You could flip a coin ten times, doesn't mean you are going to get heads 5 times and tails 5 times. You could get heads all ten times you flip the coin, but that doesn't change the fact that your odds of getting heads was 50% everytime.

Yup very well explained

is imo a bigger problem then moris or keys or any other "ultra rare" add on themselves, IF THEY WERE RARE THEY WOULD NOT BE SO COMMON AND IT WOULD BE FINE BUT THEY ARNT FFING RARE AT ALL.

Oh yes sweetie, I play killer. And honestly I never get ebony mori’s, in fact I barely get a mori of any kind. Also as the devs say the bw is all randomly generated so everyone’s different, so to me this is just bait. Nice try tho
0 -
lol i find that hard to believe. i get ebony moris in every single blood web. they are not rare at all. then ivory moris tho.. i almost never see them

Did I not just say everyone’s bw is different, guess not? It’s randomly generated so you don’t need to believe anything, guess you have no faith? But yeah even the devs have said it on a post saying it’s all randomly generated. You don’t need to believe me, but it’s what the devs have said, so?
