I think Rin probably knows Kazan exists, or at least existed - based on her Tome lore so far, it seems like his legacy was passed down through the family somewhat. I don't think she's aware of his existence as a killer, though, and I doubt very much that he knows of her existence in any capacity.

No, not really, all killers are kept in separate spaces between trials without anyone or anything to do.

Legion may be the exception to this rule. In a previous QnA, the devs said that between trials killers are kept in their respective maps, since the four legion members share a map, we can assume that they do spend time together outside of trials. This brings up some questions about where Leatherface and Ghostface are kept between trials though.

Yeah but they also have said that Nurse and Wraith are dating. So if they are kept in there respective maps how would Nurse and Wraith even meet let alone date

Kazan probably doesn't have a problem with her. Probably respect her because he cares a lot about bloodlines.
Whether or not he would enjoy her presence is up in the air but it's at least easy to speculate that he has a positive opinion on her due to the simple fact of his prejudice.

With the exception of a few key examples like nurse and Wraith. Legion is the only Killer(s) who are allowed to interact with each other.
It said on the Dev stream that if they are all free and not in the individual trials the Legion would just basically hang out

I feel like theres some freedom to the killers just like the survivors. Killers aren't trapped to their maps, most likely have the fog around the campfire since benedict tells us something stands there, forcing him to turn back.
