If you bring unbreadable you can get your self off the ground just saying I think botony knowledge or self-care should have the same aspect cause if you can heal yourself with self care while injured you should be able to pick yourself up

Why would anyone run unbreakable if self-care let you lift yourself off the ground & heal yourself from the injured state?

Man there is nothing worse than unbreadable. I mean I play Bubba and get the survivors all breaded up and ready for the deep fryer and then bam, unbreadable triggers and undoes all my hard work.
Oh and to your request, no, survivors have enough second chance perks as it is.

Ok first of all hilarious but I mean even just once like unbreakable it would just make sense if you could heal your self up off the ground with self care because you heal your self unbreakable I get cause bill is a cranky old man who doesn't take #########

Not to mention no mither it makes sense cause David refuses to lose a fight by UT again you need basic healing to get your self from a dying state to injured but not to mention the perk allows multiple times?! What's David crippled super man

Stop running self-care and do a generator.

Basically if they allowed you to heal yourself off the ground killers would no longer be able to slug even tactically, taking away one of the last few things they have to slow the game down. The whole reason for slugging is to pull someone else off a generator to get the downed survivor. Take this away and killers really won't have much left to stop generator progression. You think camping and tunneling is bad now? Wait until killers can't even slug anymore.
Forcing killers to basically pick up survivors or undo the entire work of the chase also is a problem if the down happened anywhere near a loop as survivors would just be able to hover around the downed survivor and as long as they crawled to a pallet they would be able to make the killer either chase their friend so they can get up on their own, or try the risky pickup and get a pallet dropped on them.
Unbreakable as a perk is a one-time use as it's supposed to help if a game is really in the desperation mode, where everyone or 3/4's of the team is slugged and the killer is chasing the last person.

No mither also keeps you permanently in the broken status? The tradeoff is you are injured permanently but can pick yourself up. Also how many no mither runners do you see survive? That's what I thought.
Oh and please don't do some realism argument, in a game where serial killers hunt down survivors to kill them repeatedly so some entity emotions vampire can sustain itself isn't big on realism.

Yeah I know this game ain't very realistic to its topic but still it's basic healing abyilities you should be able to pick your self up...

And to be fair you can NEVER get your self off the ground as soon as your downed your picked up unless for some reason the killer goes ahead and chases someone else, stops others from doing a gen, or totem so it wouldn't even matter if they put this in for the most part

Also no whats gonna happen when your injured after getting chased off a generator you can't find someone or a med kit (or if your previous one ran out and you can't finish with it)? You self care it's still my go to perk in the game there's even a build I have for it to almost have a regular med kit speed with it...

Which is another bonus btw cause as soon as killers terror radius is in range u can just pop it cause I can't trust no body else
