Will these new loops be with breakable walls?

I mean, it could be more fair to play with the changes in the most important surv loops.

  I don't think so. Devs said they would try the breakable walls on the new map and wait for extensive feedback. It's a little bit early to try fixing those critical map spots with that mechanic yet.
