Bug or intended?
Hi, yesterday I played a game as survivor and I wanted to thrown down a pallet on the killer to set my teammate free. Except the killer Just moved a Tiny bit away while the pallet definetely hit. Then a few games later I played killer and a survivor did the same thing. I really think i should have been hit by the pallet but apperently it didn't. Is this a bug or dedicated servers in a nutshell?

If you hit or blind killer while he in pick up animation he won't drop the survivor. You need to drop pallet/ blind him at exact moment when the killer gets control of his movement.

I don't know; it depends on when you're hitting the Killer/getting hit with the pallet.
If you get hit with the pallet while picking up the Survivor - during the pick up animation while you can't move - it should just push the Killer out of the way and leave the Survivor in the Killer's grasp.
If you get hit with the pallet while carrying the Survivor - after the animation has completely finished and you can move - it should stun the Killer and free the Survivor.
