Deliverance
*This is just a suggestion, and no, I do not consider this a must have at all. It's just a suggestion, period. So please don't attack me, killer mains, as I am also a killer main/a swap.*
Maybe make deliverance work end game, or just make it so that, if you're the last survivor and it's your first hook, you still have a chance to escape, instead of it instantly killing you? This is more of a "make it so people have a chance to get off hook if they're the last survivor" post than deliverance, but the perk does kind of tie into it so.
Do you guys agree? Or nah?

No because at that point you're most likely screwed. The Killer can just wait for your DH and slug you for 60 seconds to avoid DS. If the Hatch is nearby, they'll just close it.
A couple years ago, the last Survivor did not die immediately on the hook, however too many Survivors would stay on the hook for the full duration just to spite the Killer and force them to waste 60-120 seconds just running around doing nothing.

I wish it would work that way. I had my first game the other day where I was the last survivor hooked, and the other guy on hook died a split second before I got hooked, so even though it was my first, I didn't get that extra second to attempt escaping (no Deliverance on this, but point stands). Even if I'll ultimately die, having that little bit of hope is always nice. Next hook would immediately kill me anyway, so I don't see the downside to either end for one more chase.

I know, I played back then. I understand that some people spite, but a lot of people actually do it for bps, believe it or not. So maybe they could make it where they get their attempts to escape, but if they fail it automatically completes the sacrifice process.

It would be nice, you'll get more points for the chase, hitting your DS, dropping pallets.
Killer will cry foul though, they'll start complaining "more second chance perks for survivors."
It's a great idea though.

Well, it wouldn't necessarily be a perk though. This is more of an overall thing for a last chance for survivors, and yes, killers WOULD complain, but survivors complain about a lot of killer perks too, so it's whatever tbh.
Or they COULD make it to where it's just a Deliverance thing.

What's to stop the Killer from just standing by the hook and then slugging the body for 60 seconds to avoid DS? I love the idea of getting more BP, but I just don't see very many Killers leaving the last Survivor when they know about a possible hook escape.
An idea I have seen for a while now is to just give the Survivor all of their struggle points immediately. Giving the Survivor attempts to escape and then automatically sacrificing them if they fail sounds good, but I just don't see that majority of Killers leaving the hook when they know the Survivor could still escape. They can wait out your DH/SB/Adrenaline and then slug you to avoid DS. If you have Unbreakable, then they'll just hit you when you get up. If the Hatch is nearby, they'll just close it. The only situation I could see this working in is you being right beside an open gate and then you just make a beeline for the gate, which isn't a common situation.

You'd be surprised. Maybe just adding it to deliverance would be the best bet.

Then just make it so if you have your delivarence ready and usable at the end game you get some bonus bp for "being ready for the worst" or something.
Making it usable would just do more harm than good.
