Iron Will doesn’t work when knocked?
I’m just asking as a confirmation, because it does say it gets rid of grunts of pain so wouldn’t that also apply to being knocked? Because sometimes it feels like I’m silent when crawling and other times I’m grunting normally.
also side note it is tier 3 and I notice sometimes my character is still grunting in pain while injured and running

Sounds have been bugged for MONTHS. Sometimes you are a silent slug and you make no sound but that’s not intended.
Iron Will is supposed to only work when you are injured and not slugged on the ground.
If your character is grunting in pain while injured with Iron Will III then that means the killer has Stridor which amplifies your moans of pain by 50% at tier III.

The thing is most of the killers I’ve gone against haven’t had stridor so the fact that I’m still grunting when injured makes 0 sense.

Tbh sound are bug so you dont need iron will to have this effect. Equiping iron will make the effect more consistant but you dont need it to trigger

It's not meant to work when you're slugged. If you hear yourself when not on the ground the killer probably has stridor

Refer to previous comment about killers not using stridor when this happens.
