So how are Killer queue times for you guys?
So TLDR, I stopped playing a few months back for 2 big reasons.
1. Game Balance
2. Queue Time
The dev team seems to have been much better with balance as of late, I'll give them that.
Queue times however, I would regularly wait over and hour for a rank 13 killer game.
Have queue times gotten better since then or should I just cut my losses and stick to WoW?

Killer times are instant and survivor 5 plus minutes. At least on PS4.

At rank 1 on ps4 it’s instant for killer

At least at purple rank, EST PC, my wait times is like 10 seconds or so the longest as killer.
This game seemingly always had some 'to get games you need to rank up, but to rank up you need to get games' situation. and the new resetting doesn't really help with it.
The only thing you can do is stay in queue and do not cancel searching. Then just grind rank. Though, I don't know if you'll get a balanced game. It feels like ranks as 12 now have red rank survivors in them. If you're learning killer, just make a note that going against people vastly outside your rank is normal.

Rank 9 PC EU, last night I had pretty much instand lobbies

You are going to be getting instant lobbies as a killer right now (depends on the time of day and your region too, obviously). I would suggest that you start right now, because we don't know what will happen after the patch, if some survivors do quit because of the changes being made.

Green rank killer on PS4, it doesn't take very long at all like below 20 seconds. I do, however, get paired up with either two red ranks and some people near my rank or an entire team of toxic red rank survivors... the toxic red ranks is more often than the people near my rank.

When i play killer my wait time are less then 5 second
When i play survivor my wait time are usually between 5 and 10 minute and if im in a swf the wait time are at least 10 minute

At red ranks so for the last few weeks since I've been rank 4-1, it's been 8 seconds at the longest.

Killer in the morning until roughly 1pm takes a couple to 5 min, exceptionally longer than that. After that it becomes significantly faster, down to around 30 secs average.
Survivor is 2 min tops, but usually faster, throughout the day.
Platform: PC, Frankfurt server.
Ranks: red, both sides (rank 1 for killer).

If during the day i get my surv ques instantly, killer takes a while.
If during the "night" it's reversed - killer instantly almost, and surv takes a while.

With the new patch, the survivor/killer ratio might change, because some of the problems killer face are adressed with it.

During the Day until late Afternoon, I have to wait for Killer games (5+ minutes), but get instant Survivor games.
In the evening, I get longer Survivor Queues (2-3 Minutes) but instant Killer Queues.

Rank 3 Xbox! Takes me seconds up to 5 minutes to get a game, depends on time. The morning here in Sweden is the worst time to play in terms of waiting for games.

PS4 is Instant at Rank 1 killer.
Survivor is about 5 to 10 minutes.
Rank 16 on PC is taking about 30 seconds to get into a match, probably because there aren't many in my rank which is why it pairs me with Purple and Green Ranks but whatever.
Survivor on PC is about 30 to 40 seconds.

Im low rank killer and i usually wait 5+ minutes but thats all

- Game Balance: At a pretty good state right now actually. Slightly favours survivor if they are in a group and all play well, but on the other side it slightly favours the killer if he runs into solo players. After the upcoming patch, killer will be superior without a doubt on pretty much any level.
- Queue Times: Rank 1 on both sides, EU. Fine actually. I get faster games as a survivor but it is just minor.
About the ballancing. I am not sure about that. The upcoming patch seems to be not really well thought to an end and appiers to be more a buff for weak killers (surprise, the majority here in this forum 😯). If you count yourself to that group, you should defniitly come back, it will be christmas and eastern for you at the same time. If you are a survivor and you had trouble looping the killer for longer then a minute or two, better stay away.
Last but not least: Why would you hate yourself so much that you play WoW? ;)

PC rank 1 EU instant queues for me as killer. They are better the night comes,and opposite for surv. Survivor is for me faster in the morning.

Thankfully, after a game with my trusty Legion and a tremendous Rank reduction down to Rank 17, I had a pretty good cushion for my first killer game in months. (Survivor ranks two 16's and two 13's)
The only issues I had were the frame rate drops and the servers
I knew the dedicated servers were gonna be a burden, but I felt cheap grabbing poor Dwight in a window from 30 miles away haha, alongside other situations
FPS, I think it's caused by the weird servers, because they were spastic and inconsistent, going from okay frames to complete pauses that didn't happen before. They were survivable, but it's a good thing I wasn't a higher rank.

I get instant queue times from 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Any other time I have to wait 2-3 minutes.
Which is great, it's just annoying that as a rank 11 killer all I get are purple and red rank survivors. There's clearly a shortage of high rank killers.
