Is the dc penalty fair?

Okay so I’ve played about 5 games just recently and twice out of the 5 games I’ve been forced to sit on the floor and wait for the timer to go down because the killer won’t hook me. This has just happened to my brother as well.

    Slugging, the tactic that you just mentioned, is a legitimate strategy which is completely fair, although annoying to play against.

    It lasts 4 minutes and the best thing you can do is wait for someone to heal you, or go on your phone.

    Slugging will probably not be as bad once the patch goes live, as for the title, the DC penalty is completely fair. DCing was a massive issue in the game before and the only people who get really frustrated about it are the people who want to DC all the time and ruin the game for four other people.

    DC penalty would be fair if I didn't get penalized for the game crashing. I've never clicked the leave match button or had an internet outage, yet I've gotten DC penalties.

    No but it was never meant to be. Its half about fixing things killers didnt like, and half about making sure people dont ruin tome challenges so the devs can keep raking in the rift pass money.
