Hook Suicides For Killer

Okay, so the whole reason people are allowed to suicide on hook is because it's the equivalent of them just giving up, at least lore-wise. That is the reason they are in the game. Ignore the 'leave match' button and instead press m1 three times and grab a beverage of your choosing. I genuinely don't see the difference between this and a DC, but fine. At least some people cool off in the time it takes to get carried to the hook. The survivor concedes, they die, screw over four people and go about their day.

So can we have a killer version? Please? Can Trapper headbut a set beartrap? Billy fall on his chainsaw? The Legion beat themselves to death in a locker door while the Spirit in the next trial excorcises herself? At this point, if survivors have a built-in concede button that doesn't rob them of their points, why can't killers? At least it'd be fun to watch Plague drown herself in a corrupted fountain.

I surrended, to self killer hook i go. So funny to watch as survivor!!

**EDIT** I prefer a small room like elevator. You press the button and boom. Self destruction, like predator.

I would enjoy watching a killer kill themselves. 😂 But I assume this is not a thing because it would be somewhat frequent anytime someone was losing, or encountered game play they didnt like, to get out and get to the next match. A survivor team can survive without someone who suicided because there are 3 other people and the match can continue. A match cannot continue without a killer.

If the survivors won after a suicide, either the match was at (essentially) 1 gen or the killer farmed. I do understand the reasoning, I just don't quite think it's applicable for most matches.

Still, I've heard the Devs are experimenting with bots. Maybe if they become a thing we can have silly self-mori's. The game could still progress. Sort of. Kinda the same way it does when a survivor kills themselves.

I had two self-suicides on rando teams just tonight and we did pretty well. Escaped one and pipped the other. Losing people right away definitely makes the game exponentially harder, but not impossible. And even if you die - if you put forth enough effort, you will likely still pip and come out with some decent points.

It would be interesting to see what a bot killer would be like...but I dont think they'd implement one mid-game. How would they even introduce that? Would it just replicate what they existing killer had...or would bot killers have a standard or randomized build? So many questions. 😂

I’d love to see a basement camping Wraith or Ghostface hang themselves on a hook. Get some skills then come back bud.

You must be the worst killer ever to lose an early 3v1. Even 3v1 with 3 gens to go is gg ez

What if the killer had their own hatch? They could leave and once they leave an extended end-game begins giving the survivors 4-5 minutes to do gens, totems, loot chests or whatever else to try to save a pip.

That’s the problem now that there’s to many quitters playing that dc or first hook suicide.i could only imagine how many killers would quit if they weren’t winning if they had an option to

Maybe add some kind of circle in the basement for the killer, where the Entity can "grab" the killer to end the round.

Should be avaiable after the last gen is done or X minutes in the trial to prevent abuse.

    🤷

I think my concern there is chase/off-hooking is a necessary part of the point structure. Again, a survivor dies on hook and the killer gets hook/sacrifice points and has 3 more people to drum up points on. A killer leaves and all those points stop for survivors. Maybe if survivors got a fat BP boost for a killer forfeiting too. I would also find it funny to watch a killer jump through a hatch tho. LOLOL

Yeah there would definitely need to be something to protect survivors from Depips and ensure they can get decent point totals.

Youre exactly right though a lot of potential survivor points come from unhooks and/or healing so if the killer doesn’t do anything it’s tough

You can say that. But ive had matches where swf group killed themselfs on first hook, just cause they dont like doc, freddy, even spirit. So 2-3-4 swf groups can do that not be banned for x amount of time. Why cant a killer do the same? There been plenty of times i played scratch mirror myers and a survivor uses and offering. And get their offering not mine. Rip red forest, cold wind farms... Ok time to hide in basement face wall and make some pizza rolls

Because when one person dies, at least the match can play out, everyone can earn some points, if the killer "kills themselves" the match is over, time was wasted.

It would be 1 person ending the match entirely for themselves, vs a killer ending the match for everyone, there is a big difference.
