He doesn't need Tier 1

I use Shape in every match but he is too slow starter compared to other killers.

So I think he needs to be reworked like the Title.

Is this idea selfish...?

    i actually really like his tier 1.

    it adds a very unique playstyle to him and can get you some very good early game surprises on the survivors.


    you are right though, he has a slow start. something i always love to do is to sneak around the edge of the map and try to get into tier 2 by stalking someone on a gen from an unexpected angle.

    i wouldnt really recommend you entering a chase while in tier 1 though. you eigther ambush them or you avoid them.

    Well Ghostface can turn off his terror radius at any point and 99% stalk on each individual survivor. With killers being this broken, cheap and lazily designed now there’s no point to keep Myers hampered by tier 1 anymore

    Mike has a slow start but Tier 1 is a hugely iconic part of his kit and removing it would be a massive loss. The fact that Survivors don't know Mike's in the match at first, then suddenly see him silently staring in the distance and then suddenly have to scramble to hide as he slowly follows is probably one of the most enjoyable parts of his kit.

    Could he use an easier time getting out of Tier 1 in the highest tier of play? Yes. Fundamental changes to his stalks to make them a little more forgiving would help (eg. add a "minimum stalk time" so if he clips a Survivor a little he still gets about 0.2 seconds worth of Stalk after they go out of sight so Survivors can't knowingly abuse certain hitboxes), and maybe some Addon changes (eg. IMO Boyfriend's Memo should also decrease EW2's requirement to 4 or 3.5 Evil total) would totally solve it.

    A rework is not needed for him because he's a killer that gets stronger over time. I do think they should buff his tier 1 like he doesn't walk slow while stalking or he goes into tier 2 quicker.

    I like his stalking time in Tier1, so I should have written the title : He needs speed buff or draining Evil buff in Tier1 !
