Legacy Coming to Console?
Saw this on my activity feed, pretty sure the servers were somehow hacked, but you never know 🤷♂️

no legacy are never coming back, you could see legacy pc players there were a "bug" where consol players could play with pc

the only time i would support legacy comming back would be when the Devs FINALLY give them back to those who lost them.

I believe there was a time when console could cross-play with PC and that is likely where the Legacy skins came from.

If it were up to them it would have been done by now. But there are two things they have to achieve first. 1) Cross progression is in high demand if they do cross play. 2) They have to have permission from all platforms to institute cross play. PC, and Xbox have already stated their willing. Playstation doesn't want to allow it (previously stated when fortnite allowed cross play for a few hours). And Idk about Nintendo.

Its not a bug, they're hackers. Pc hackers can now play with console players thanks to the dedicated servers

It's a bug too monto and Scott jund got into games with play station survivors. You think Monto and Scott would hack?

Hackers can get a hold of your cloud-id through some method or another and then change what platform you play on. It happened to Scott and Monto, but I think Ardetha was the first to experience it. Either this person is a hacker, or they've been hacked. Because of the legacy, I'm more inclined to think they're the hacker here, but either is possible.
In response to your title, no legacy is not coming to consoles, and according to the devs will never return. Because of how difficult it was to achieve legacy and how much worse the grind was, they want to preserve how special it was. It's the one cosmetic they promised to remain exclusive.
