Survivors teleporting vertically
Recently played a game on Ironworks of Misery (as killer) where one specific survivor kept dropping off the upper floor of the main structure, only to reappear right there upon landing on the bottom floor. It almost looked like they could do it on command, depending on my position.
Is this is a known bug or was there some foul play involved that I should look out for?

What exactly is the issue there? I ask because in a recent match(On Switch as GhostFace) It was end game and as I awaited the final survivor to be swept away by The Entity, I rushed upstairs in the tower to get in some last second points by kicking the generator running BUT, as I cleared the top of the stairwell I suddenly "blinked" down onto the grounds below OUTSIDE the tower. I was astonished, to say the least. This happen often?

I'd guess you were getting lagged out of the tower, Item tech is a deliberate action done by survivors to teleport back to a ledge.

Okay, thanks. I was starting to wonder if glitches were coming in that map, I don't get sent there often.

You need to time it very precisely. Drop your item while just being upstairs and pickin it up while just landing.
