The TimeStopper

Larry Tamworth was an explorer! One day, he decided to go into a jungle with his mates: Callum Phillip and Joshua Park. They had also brought a picnic with them containing all the energy the would need to explore. 1 day into exploring and they had already come across some weird looking creatures. Night time was upon them and they needed somewhere to stay, lucky for them, they found a temple! They got their food out of the bag and they all started eating some cold pasta. Once they had eaten, they lit up a torch and started to explore this amazing discovery. They took one step into another room and the door shut instantly! They knew they couldn’t go back that way, so they had to carry on, frightened of what they might come across. Callum and Larry took another few steps into another room, thinking Joshua was right next to them. But he wasn’t... the door slammed shut again leaving Joshua in the other room, trapped... They tried scratching away at the door but it was no use. Joshua eventually gave up and told them to leave him. So they did... Larry and Callum carried on, regretting every move they made. They eventually made it do a weird room, it had nothing in it. It was dead end. Then, Larry stepped on a pad on the floor and a portal had risen from the ground. It immediately turned on and pulled everything into it until it had gotten a human sacrifice. Larry and Callum slowly got dragged towards the portal until they could no longer hold onto anything! Larry accidentally let go of what he was holding onto and got dragged through the portal before Callum. The portal turned off... Callum was still there. Behind the portal, a door had opened into broad daylight. They hadn’t been in there that long. Surely. Anyway, Callum was brave enough to go back into the temple to see if Joshua was still alive. Callum stepped on a pad on the floor that opened the first door to the first room. Joshua was still there! Joshua ran over to Callum but he stepped on a pad that closed the door. Joshua slid over the door before it slammed shut! Everything started to rumble and collapse. They both got out in time before it had all crumbled down. They went back to their town to tell them everything! They had a funeral for Larry too. Meanwhile, Larry got sent back in time 100 million years! But legend says, his aura still roams the surface of the earth, messing with clocks to make his time shorter. Slowing down anything he can!

Power no. 1

The TimeWarper can place down Time Warps onto the floor, up to a maximum of 6. These Time Warps are invisible to survivors but are visible to The TimeWarper. When a survivor walks or runs over these Time warps, their movement speed will decrease over time (45 seconds) until they are walking. Survivors will have to go over to a broken clock and fix the time to warp back to normal (To be able to run again). If a survivor gets put onto the hook, they will immediately be able to run again when they get taken off. Time warps will disappear once a survivor has gone over one, but the TimeWarper can place another. Survivors can see the auras of Broken clocks. Takes 3 seconds for survivors to fix a broken clock. Each survivor has their own clock. 4 clocks spread around the map in total. Time warp timer is decreased by 50% when that survivor is in a chase.

Power no.2

The TimeWarper also has the power to time warp generators! He can only time warp 5 generators. When a generator is time warped, repair speeds will be reduced by 50% for 30 seconds. The timer will start when a survivor starts repairing a time warped generator and it will be paused when the survivor leaves the time warped generator. Takes 2 seconds to time warp a generator. The TimeWarper cannot time warp the same generator twice.

Addons.

The TimeWarper can place an extra 1/2/3 time warps at a time. Yellow/Green/Purple.

Survivors that haven’t fixed a broken clock will still have 15 seconds to fix it after getting off the hook before they can no longer run. Pink addon.

Broken Clocks will spawn at the edge of the map, giving the survivors a larger distance to travel. Time before walking is increased by 20 seconds. Purple addon.

Survivors can’t see the auras of broken clocks until they can no longer run. Pink addon.

Takes 3/2/1 second to place a time warp. Brown/yellow/green.

Survivors have 35 seconds to find their broken clock before they start to walk. When out of a chase, the timer goes 10/15/20/25% faster. Brown/yellow/green/purple.

Time warping a generator will take 1.5/1.25/1 second. Brown/yellow/green

A time warped generators timer is increased to 35/40/45 seconds. Yellow/green/purple.

Adds 2 extra generator time warps. Purple addon.

When a generator is time warped. That generator will immediately freeze and will not be able to be repaired for 60 seconds. Reduces amount of generator time warps by 2. Pink addon.

The TimeWarper can now mega warp generators, adding 30 seconds every time it is warped. Reduces the amount of generator time warps by 1. Purple addon.

Perks.

Immediate Skill

When a survivor succeeds a great skill check, they will immediately be faced against a difficult skill check. Failing this difficult skill check will result in a 1/3/5% regression. Failing the skill check does not send a notification to the killer.

Instant Wiggle

You pick survivors up 10/20/30% quicker.

Broken Silence

The noise of you breaking pallets is reduced to 0% and once a pallet has been destroyed, your terror radius is reduced to 1 metre and you lose your red stain for 2/3/4 seconds.

Broken silence has a cool down of 20 seconds.

Callum and Joshua, 2 new survivors!!!

Callum Phillips

Wears an explorer jacket with badges on them. Some black joggers to make quick escapes and some black trainers.

Perks.

Generator Rush

After a generator is complete, any exhaustion status effect that u may have will instantly go away.

Generator Rush has a cool down of 100/80/60 seconds.

Lucky Wiggle

When wiggling on the killers shoulders, for every quarter of the wiggle bar, you gain an extra 3/4/5% luck for attempting to escape off the hook.

Lookout

When within a 3/5/7 metre radius from a generator with survivors on, you see the killers aura for 3/4/5 seconds.

Joshua Park

Light Sense

After completing a generator, you see the auras of your teammates for 10/20/30 seconds.

GetAway

After unhooking a survivor, both you and that survivor will break into a burst of speed for 3 seconds.

Has a cooldown of 60/50/40 seconds.

Beloved Basement

When the killer enters the basement, the killers aura is revealed to you for as long as they are down there. Your movement speed is also increased by 3/4/5% for as long as the killer is down there.

    It’s a bit like Freddy but at the same time it’s not. Freddy’s Power slows them down for a few seconds. Also Freddy can teleport to generators. The TimeStoppers Power gets rid of survivors running speed in total until the inject themselves with adrenaline. If a survivor walks on top of a time warp, their running speed will slowly decrease until they are no longer running. And they can no longer run unless they inject themselves.

    He should be able to stop time for survivors for about 8 seconds, while he can do whatever he wants. Also he should be called: “Za Lagswitcher”

    Oh my... Where do I start...

    To the power:

    We need times (like how long does it take to inject adrenaline, how long to set up a trap, how long does it take the survivors to not to be able to run). Also i don't kinda understand the meaning of losing the ability to run, like you get chased by the killer and after some time you just walk? You won't even get to the next pallet or vault until the killer gets to you... twice.

    Addons:

    1st one's good.

    The 2nd needs a debuff, something like Tremendously increasing time needed to lose the survivor's ability to run.

    3rd one... again.. i don't understand that power.

    4th one's decent i guess (maybe add a green one with just 1 less).

    and i'd mix 5th and 6th addon to: Survivors can’t see the auras of adrenaline stations until they can no longer run. Adds 1 extra adrenaline station. (pink addon).

    needs more simple addons: faster setting traps. etc etc.


    Perks:

    Immiediate skill:

    Definitely needs a cooldown. 30 secounds will do.

    Instant Pain:

    The most useless perk of all time. 130% hooking speed in just 0.45s shorter than hooking without this perk. Maybe changing this perk to: picking up survivors 10%/20%/30% faster. I think this perk with others would be great (for example: lightborn) a survivor would have to flash the flashlight from the bigenning of the animation to actually flashlight save someone, and that would be great in my opinion.

    Broken Silence:

    adding so you no longer have a red light in front of you (for the duration of the perk) would make this a little decent.


    Overall... I like this idea, but needs some balance and basic information, really looking forward to see your feedback.

    I have listened to you feedback. I have described it all better now. Immediate skill I have nerfed it a bit. But I have made it so that survivors will lose what they gained when getting a great skill check. If they actually fail the difficult one. And I actually forgot to say that if the difficult skill check is failed, this does not notify the killer. I also need to change the name of the second perk. I was think a name like ‘Light As A Feather’. Cuz he’s picking them up faster. And I have got rid of the red stain for Broken Silence. I have made some new Addons along with a second power. Allowing him to time warp generators is a good idea cause it slows down the match. Giving the killer more time. 😀 I am gonna change the name and add some more detail that I missed later on because if I edit the post too much, it will get removed till further notice. But thanks for the feedback. I am also thinking of turning this into a chapter like the rest of my creations. If u would like to read them and leave some feedback. Thanks 👍🏻

    Okay i read it again and i have couple of suggestions:

    Power no.1

    30 secounds is WAY too little time. Personally i'd give 45 secounds (addons could reduce it to 40/35/30 sec) but the timer would be slowed by half when being chased (so it would take 90 secounds instead of 45). because even with 45 secounds timer all loops become usleess after about 15 sec (if survivors get slowed down secound by secound). And also Adrenaline injecting is unnecessary long, 3 secounds is more than enough.

    Power no.2

    Maybe add something like... The killer can't warp to the same generator twice. That would give some startegy to that power. Also i very like that idea

    Perk Immediate Skill:

    From the next patch great skillchecks will only proceed progress of 1% instead of 2%, so that perk has to be changed to 0.25%/0.5%/0.75%


    Also my last paragraph is not balancing but in my opinion it would fit the killer much better:

    Maybe instead of adrenaline stations you could give broken clocks that survivors would need to fix? You know... Time related thing...

    But thanks that you considered my previous rebalances^^

    Yes. That broken clock thing sounds way better than adrenaline. 😂. Thank you for that idea. And I was aware of the great skill check being 1% instead of 2. I just forgot about it earlier. 😂. I will change them in the morning tho as it’s 1am. 😂👍🏻

    Taken on your ideas. I really like the broken clock idea. I was gonna make it so that each survivor has their own clock that they have to fix. But I’ll have to add that in later on. :/

    The lore will come out soon. I have a few ideas. But I have trapped a nerve in my neck and it really hurts. 😂. So I’m gonna have to do it later on. It could be tomorrow. Or the day after... sorry.

    Why tho? Don't you think when having "your" clock at the oposite part of the map would be kinda annoying? Just make it so "healthy" survivors see normal/repaired clocks but "trapped" survivors see them broken. (being hooked will make you see normal clocks). Also, with separate clocks this addon (Survivors can’t see the auras of broken clocks until they can no longer run. Adds 1 extra broken clock that all survivors can use. Pink addon.) doesn't make any sense then.

    By "when in a chase..." i meant not just by using this addon, i meant by using it overall, but i like how you tried to balance it to adding 25% speed.

    I kinda don't see sense with that debuff with just this addon:

    Like without addon it'd be 45s no matter what

    with addon: 30s but if you're in the chase (which will happen more often) is 60 secounds... (and 24s when not in a chase which won't happen too often) That doesn't make sense for me.


    In my opinion... This debuff should affect no matter of addon. And with this addon buff i have an idea to change that addon to:

    Survivors have 35(40?) seconds to find their broken clock before they start to walk. But when out of a chase the timer goes 10%/15%/20%/25% faster. Brown/yellow/green/purple. (it would decrease the time outside the chase by (if 35s) 3s/4.5s/6s/7s

    Should I take away the extra clock then? I also forgot to put that they can’t see the aura of the extra clock. But having the clocks at the edge of the map would mean they have to travel a longer distance than usual, which would leave generators to be broken too. (If the killer kicks it) yes it might be annoying. But there are lots of other Addons that are annoying too. Also, each survivor having their own clock would make sense. When the survivors walks over a time warp, their clock breaks. Meaning they would have to go and fix it.

    But getting up to a clock may take even 2-3 minutes (by walking). Right now you literally making buffed Pig since she also throws out a survivor from a match for 2 minutes, but you want it to make it even stronger so this may happen infinite times.

    And also in my opinion, this pink addon needs a debuff, even without separate clocks.

    Yes, adding this debuff (for example 20 sec), would actually balance this a little.

    Also you didn't mention that the timer slows by 50% when survivor is chased by the Timestopper (In his Power). You didn't say anything about that i don't know how do you feel about that. But it is needed to protect survivors from (almost) insta hook when they step in that trap in a chase.
