Ghostface Go Away!
Seriously, did he get a buff or something? I would like to play a variety of killers, but I end up with mostly Ghostface and they're all toxic.

Well, his stalk being broke AF makes him perhaps easy to play. *shrug*

Been seeing a fair number of ghostface as well, when playing survivor but they seem to be playing fair and normally. So maybe i just got lucky there.
Which as for ghostface power, well revealing him is bug, as in it can really screw over Ghostface or benefit him. When you reveal ghostface, he is given a legion like effect, where he knows where you are for a few seconds. Which the way his stalking works, if he is leaning from cover, he can stalk you way faster. If he is not lending from cover, while stalking you, it takes longer. Add ons can effect the rate ghostface builds up stalk. Any Stalk ghostface builds up, goes away if he hits you before he can fully expose you. If Ghostface gets his power back, shortly after being reveal, odds are they are running recovery add ons.

Just because they kill you doesn't make them toxic.

Which ah right, something else i forgot to add to my original post. If you are coming up against alot of ghostfaces. It might be worth running spine chill. To help give you an advance warning when a ghostface is sneaking up on you.

They all don't kill me, as soon as someone gets hooked though, bring on the antics!

In high ranks, people don't stalk at all because the Survivors are sentient. They use the power to sneak around for free hits and mindgames in chases, which is ironically the most effective way to play him

The only thing is that revealing his stalk is so weird and buggy that you can often get away with marking a survivor right in front of them

I wasn't really talking about the death. I was referring to the hyperbole. Whenever anyone says that ALL of any character are toxic, then it's likely that they are redefining the meaning to they were just doing something you don't like....or that ALL just means one or two.
While I don't particularly like playing against Ghostface, I have not met one that was being toxic.

i still don't get this and why it's universally accepted
i get broken out of stealth when i'm around walls. survivor is crouched looking over barrels and i can't even see them? broken out. survivor on hook 100m away behind trees looking in your direction? broken out.
"easy to play"

Would you rather have billy or spirits every match?

Not to forget, some maps don't have a lot of hiding spots. Making it even easier to break ghostface out of sneaky mode than normal. Which for the maps that do have great hiding or stalking spots. Well that takes time to learn from map knowledge. That and heck, i know when i first started playing ghostface, i made the error of going back into my power while a survivor was nearby on hook. Now i know, not to do that.
That and it possible, sneaking around might not have the desire effect, if the survivors have spine chill. Which is a perk that is a great counter vs ghostface and other sneaky killers. Which can be counter if you know how to moon walk. Which yeah i have to question if Lalythia has ever played as ghostface or has only played against them. Since ghostface does take some getting used to,learning his in and outs as a killer.
I might be insane, i don't mind playing against a spirit as a survivor. Rather i find it fun. I think i might be one of the few who do.

I rather have a variety. Ghostface and Doctor are my least favorite, then Billy, Leathercamp and Spirit. So to answer your question, it wouldn't make much of a difference in the dislike category.

Id like all killers to be viable at all ranks but that doesn't happen in asymmetrical games. Also the devs would have to balance the game around end game and not the newbie ranks.

Ghostface is more popular than I ever expected him to be. I don't think he's OP though. But I do like variety.

Yeah he's not OP to me, just tired of seeing him lol. He's the main reason why I run Spidey Sense (Spine Chill).
