Can someone tell me ######### is happening with this?

I just played a 15 min game against a spirit all going well etc etc. Right at the end I got hooked with exit gates opened and as i was on hook for about 10 seconds, I then got kicked out of the game. Looks like the killer dc'd but its also classed me as DC'd but no penalty. I lost my items and my rank. This has happened before about 6 months ago.

    I'm sick of this now. I've never in my life known a game to have such s* servers in my life.

    What is the actual reason they can't sort this crap out?

    This happened to me, too. Twice actually. Once as killer and once as survivor. I sent them a ticket and they said there wasn't anything they could do.
