Kill Switch update: The issue affecting Baermar Uraz's Ugly Sweater has been fixed and the cosmetic has been reenabled in all queues with this update.

Thank you Devs

I know there is a lot of negativity filling up the discussions page today, but I just wanted to say thank you.

There are many players who are appreciative of all of the hard work you are putting into game, and encourage you to keep up the fantastic work to make this game fun to play for everyone.

It's actually nice to see at least someone appreciates the time and effort the Devs have put into their game. Sure, there are bugs. Yes, some things will fail, but that's just a part of developing games and their updates. Too many people are quick to judge and only point out the negative, but don't take a moment to think 'Yeah, I'm happy these devs have continued to support the game I love'. And especially in these current times with the world in chaos, the Devs are working harder than before to keep us with a game we love to play. So to all the BHVR members, I say thank you!

Thanks for the hard work devs but I also do think there should be a QA department or PTB where issues can be raised before going live which should have happened with the new Wraith bell delay issue and months old sound issues with downed/injuried survivors

I'm also happy with the patch and all the work and effort they are putting into the game.

No software will be bug-free, I know that, I'm a developer myself. And not every user will be happy, and that's alright. The loudest users are usually the minority.

This patch was a good step towards some truly needed balance (saying as mixed player).

So I don't know if any Developer or Community Manager will read this, but thanks for your enthusiasm and transparency made with the Q&A sessions.
