Controller sensitivity

First of all I'd like to thank the devs for heightening the controller sensitivity as I've been waiting for this for a long time so kudos to them but man is it hard to play on higher sensitivity I tried a few rounds of nurse and I feel like a baby killer all over again. Whiffs and inaccurate blinks everywhere. And then I tried survivor and I keep running into stuff while trying to loop. I plan on getting used to it hopefully soon which will prove to be useful when I do but how does everyone else feel about the sensitivity change? Anyone else playing super boosted due to it?

I absolutely love it. I’ve played at max sensitivity on both sides for ages and it was never enough for me.

That said, I adjusted my sensitivity down slightly so it feels higher than before but isn’t the max, and once I’ve adjusted to that I’ll probably nudge it higher again, and then rinse and repeat til I’m at or close to max again. I find this is the easiest way to adjust - you get the benefits of quicker adjustments without feeling like you’re re-learning the controls from scratch.

I have played one match as killer and survivor on the max sensitivity and it was very disorienting. By the end of the match I got more accustomed to it but I was bumping into trees and boxes in the beginning. It’ll become like second nature when I get used to it but the first match was rough. I still won but it was headache inducing.

Good thing is that it’ll be a bit easier to play Nurse and Huntress.

I'm super happy with it. I came here just to thank the devs for fixing the sensitivity. More great skill checks at 100%, smooth rotation on the camera at 80%, it just feels good. Was even able to get my first flashlight save today.

I was already consistently hitting people with Huntress and Nurse before, so I'm only going to nudge it up a bit.

Don't max it out just because you can. It's meant for better tuning, not for sicko mode blender spinning action. How are you going to spot people in bushes spinning at 100mph?

Fine tune it to your preference people. Don't max it out.
