Anyone knows how to report racism comments in game?
Today I matched up with someone and they are acting really rude all the time during the game.
After the game finished they left some extremely racism comments and I made screenshots as evidence.
How can I report them for insults?

Had that happen to me too just today reported but dont think anything will acually work since idk how to send proof in game report system dont know if i can like send report anywhere else

Go to settings, support, submit a ticket and send it

you can report them ingame by clicking on the little thumbs up button next to the players name in the end screen.
when you report them this way, the endgame chat will automatically be saved, so you dont have to screenshot them.

though this should only really be used when there is more evidence needed, e.g. a video of someone using cheats ingame.
you will not receive any updates on the reported person from the devs, however just because they didnt tell you so doesnt mean the player wasnt banned.

Are the bans like the cooldown timer or actual bans?

the cooldown timer is exclusive to DCs i believe.
if a player has been banned, they wont even be able to log into the game for a set time periode.
