Billy is a complete Bug on his own.

His curve is a lot worse. You can't curve as well with him because they put a sort of cap on it. I'm gonna guess it's because of the new console sens settings but...Jesus it does not feel good anymore.

Almost every chainsaw animation is just not right. Hitting a survivor with a chainsaw? This'll play the chainsaw bumping animation and throw your FOV forward instantly, making it a pretty nauseating experience. It does the same thing even when you don't hit a survivor. It honestly gives me a headache.

Their one big fix they set out to do with Hillbilly was to remove the rev sound you heard once he came off cooldown. This is now 10 times louder. There's a few more things but In summary...he's a bit of a mess. If anyone wants to add to this list or explain these bugs better then feel free to do so.
