Steve
Has his voiced grown on you since he came out or is he still annoying to everybody? I kinda don’t mind him too much but would’ve preferred Joe Keery to have voice him, Natalia Dyer as well. Also, Would it still be possible for them to redo their voice?

I would love if they could redo his voice.

If they get the chance I think they should redo them. Hell, redo all the licensed character voices.

No. Prepare for my rant Behavior, your shenanigans have gone too far this time.
The voice has not grown on me in any meaningful measure or capacity in the absolute SLIGHTEST. It bugs me so much and will always be my #1 reason for why I don't play the character (#2, his teachables aren't the greatest, but I main Ace so it's not like I can't tolerate that). The high pitched teen voice they gave him feels so off pitch it's absolutely bonkers. It takes me out of the character so much every time I'm hit, hooked, scream, whimper, etc. and since that's literally all DBD is, that is literally all the godd*mn time.
It drives me nuts wondering how they got Bruce Campbell, the legendary face and voice of Ash Williams himself, a reputable, distinguished, and respected actor, and they couldn't get two young adults who are probably more familiar with video games than he is and had their careers boosted by Netflix just 4 years ago. Like, who do I blame here? BHVR for being stingy and not reaching out?? I mean they worked with Netflix themselves so how is that even possible?? Netflix for being restrictive with their license and not allowing the voices of Joe Keery and Natalia Dyer?? Natalia Dyer and Joe Keery for being pompous and full of themselves now that they have attained celebrity status and refuse to work on projects that aren't on "the big screen"??? WHO do I blame here, I've ran myself in circles trying to puzzle this out and I simply cannot fathom a good reason because it feels like the stars were literally aligned for this chapter. I mean they look like the characters, both have received numerous cosmetics so it's not like the license was restrictive, they even got small details like the hair for Steve down so why the hell did they not use their voices????? 🤔🤔🤔
Steve needs a voice rework as badly as Quentin needs a face rework, and that means DESPERATELY. Otherwise it's not Steve, it is just not, no disrespect to whoever did the voice acting who I'm sure that voice could fit for any other character, but that is not the voice of Steve Harrington.
I focus all my energy on Steve because it's not as obvious with Nancy's voice, although it goes without saying, if Joe is brought on to voice his own character shouldn't Natalia also do the same??

I've grown used to it pretty fast but good god I'd love it if they made his voice just a few notes deeper.

As much as I like his character on stranger things, on dbd with his high pitch voice is kinda annoying, don't get me wrong I main him when I play survivor and I did got used to hearing him but damn, I wish Joe would've used his voice instead of the in-game one

In that rant of yours, there's one simple thing you didn't take into the equation: Did the actors from the show even WANT to voice the characters here? Your rant seems to act as though they were never contacted, but doesn't take into account that Joe Keery and Natalia Dyer could've been contacted about it (they would have had to have been contacted to acquire their likenesses) but simply have chosen not to reprise their role due to a smaller wage (voice acting does not pay a lot) or conflicting schedules rendering them unavailable. Hell, Netflix could've also told them not to as per some contract deal.

I did mention this. The third point or "blame" in my larger paragraph.
And it goes without saying, this is why I provided the comparison to Bruce Freakin Campbell. The guy has an infamously longer list of credits than Natalia Dyer and Joe Keery COMBINED and he still took the job, even if it "paid less"

It's always been a little bit grating on my ears, but I don't necessarily hate it. I think it mostly just sounds cheesy. Some characters have really good believable voice acting and sounds, like (in my opinion) Ace, Tapp, David King... But Steve's voice just sounds... Ya know.

His voice grew on me. It's almost in the same sense that Quentins are inherently ugly, but they're kinda sweet (sometimes). Not that Steve was a wimp or whiny in the show either, but he was kinda soft, so it works?? I'd love their voices redone by the actors, but I don't mind then now, especially Nancy's.
