He feels like garbage right now, when you are on your cooldown animation you "bump" into nothing and makes you feel really damn bad, Idk if it's a shadow nerf or a bug but right now I won't feel like using him at all with how bad it feels

@Peanits can you explain to me if it's a bug or a nerf please? And thank you
