Why Yamaoka is still too dark? it's literally unplayable on console

Yeah, at least on PC I can turn my gamma up to eleventy billion and at least see a little bit of that cursed map.
Feel bad for folks on console.

What are you talking about? You're supposed to turn your brightness up to 500 % and burn your eyeballs out of your head.

I once saw a post "Who do you ship?" and someone responded "Claudette and Yamaoka Estate". Which is true.

Yes. Devs responded to my question regarding them in the last Q&A. But I manage to hide in them with anyone as long as I have somewhat dark clothes.

there is one bush on there at the back by a Gen that if you crouch down in the right spot you cant be seen even with light clothes on, i finished a Gen on my own with meg, i just kept hiding in the bush everytime the killer came and as soon as he was gone i was back on it.

I play in Xbox. When survivors chose this map I don't play because is too dark man, even when I see this map I sent a message to survivors to farm because is unplayable.

I just sigh very loudly whenever someone burns a yamaoka offering or i end up going there (especially sanctum of wrath)

Played on this once as Huntress. Couldn't see any survivor never mind trying to hit them with ranged. Map is really bad with how dark it's.

Yamaoka maps are the worst but I think that most maps need to be a bit brighter on console. I hope the devs take a look and help us out.

Yamaoka maps are a pretty big reason why colorblind options are needed more than ever. Those maps are like playing blindfolded.

I like dark maps and really miss the moonlight offerings, but it is really rough for killer.
I'd prefer if more maps were dark like this but only on the survivors side, killers should have better vision.

If you have good headphones and turn the volume way up, you can hear breathing sounds from the survivors. Not a real fix but it could help maybe. Or just swing wildly through all the bushes around a gen and pray for a hit, I've gotten a couple hits from doing that before.

Yes. Devs responded to my query regarding them inside the closing Q&A. But I control to cover in them with anyone as long as I actually have rather dark garments for translation.

For me, maps should get dark enough to hide in dark bush, but after all maps get smaller. Beside that Gen light should get brighter on a larger area that Survivors will get less place to hide the more Gen they done.

I have two blendettes who called me blind for not being able to see them crouched in the sanctum of wrath.
You can literally be wearing bright neon clothing with a blinking light at yells I'm here and that map is so dark you'll still probably blend in

This map is literally only playable when your in a dark room.

That's no joke. Most of the time I can't see someone hiding in a bush directly in front of me on this map. Even not, if I focus it with my eyes. My TV settings are definetly not to dark. I play on PS4. It's nearly impossible to find someone and it hurts my eyes after some time. The shadows aren't dark grey or very dark grey, they're just black like there is no light on the map.
