I have 300+ hours played but never could make it (from bloodweb with 2 perks shown)

can any of you do it? how?

    I've never been able to take 2 perks at the same time but routinely see 2 and quite often the same 2 junk ones.

    It is not possible by design. The moment you buy one perk the Entity takes the other and uses it to spread out from.

    It was possible prior to certain patch. Now it is impossible.

    According to patch notes it was possible, which was just a bug, as the devs did not intend to make it possible to receive 2 perks from 1 Bloodweb.
