Defaced Smiley Pin / Etched Ruler
Getting it all back quicker with Etched Ruler.

Susie's Mix Tape / The Legion Pin
The Legion Pin
Great for slowdown builds.

Nasty Blade / Stolen Sketch Book
I'd simply go for duration.
But then again, literally only duration, frenzy stun cool down, legion pin and iridescent button are their only decent add-ons.

Cold Dirt / Filthy Blade
Cold Dirt
I used to run Cold Dirt and Joey's Mixtape before the rework and MY GOD IT FELT GREAT

Nasty Blade / Stolen Sketch Book
Stolen Sketch Book, Mural Sketch, Etched Ruler, Scratched Ruler, and Iridescent Button are the only good add-ons Legion has.

Legion Pin and Defaced Smiley Pin both discourage or prevent healing: which is the only way Legion can generate any stall. Like all the buttons, they also only apply after chaining Frenzy hits: so you can't just quickly or reliably apply them to a Survivor if they just split up to counter your power.
Smiley Face Pin applies Blindness. It's about as useful as that suggests: not at all.
In short the two buttons with meaningful status effects are not only difficult to use, they encourage Survivors to avoid healing and just focus on generators when they do work.

Joey's Mixtape and Cold Dirt reduce the Feral Frenzy cooldown duration by one second when stacked. That's their ONLY effect by the way. You go from DS'ing yourself to pallet stunning yourself whenever you use your power.
Julie's Mixtape is just a worse version of Joey's.

Stacked, Filthy and Nasty Blade increase the time it takes to fully mend by 4 seconds.
Thanatophobia has a more effective slow down and we all know how much that stops Survivors from doing generators.
Like the buttons, these add-ons only help if you're hitting multiple people with your power. If you're hitting one person and chasing them they're doing nothing for you.
So once again, Survivors just splitting up makes these add-ons completely useless.

Friendship Bracelet, Never Sleep Pills, and Susie's Mixtape all increase your Killer Instinct range. They do not help you reach the people you see though, so they're only good for tracking.
BUT to activate them you have to find a Survivor. Instead of leaving an Injured Survivor to chase after a Survivor that you may or may not be able to find, you're better off just trying to hook or down the guy you hit with Feral Frenzy so you can build up some pressure instead of DS'ing yourself while running after a different Survivor.
It won't even really help if you're down to the last two people: since you give the person you hit a 4~ second head start to get a KI reading on the other Survivor. If the Survivor you're chasing even just runs in a straight line it buys quote a bit of time for the other Survivor to hide elsewhere.

Mischief List is a 1 second increase to Feral Frenzy duration. Not absolute garbage, but there are better add-ons.

Fuming Mixtape gives you information on which gens are being worked on while you're in Feral Frenzy. This would be cool if you didn't stun yourself for 3+ seconds every time you use this add-on.
It's not complete trash, but unless you're on a very small map like the Game, you just won't be able to get much usage out of seeing what gens are being repaired, since, unlike Wraith, Legion doesn't have any additional mobility or stealth capabilities to take much advantage of said information.
-
Stab Wounds Study decreases the time allowed to mend, but unless the Survivor is literally a Rank 20 this won't help you in any way at any time.
-
Frank's Mixtape isn't useless.
No, it's actively detrimental to your ability to generate pressure and down Survivors, because it will take over 2 minutes at least to down a Survivor using Feral Frenzy and this add-on.
It's probably the worst add-on in the entire game.

Fuming Mix Tape / Iridescent Button
I'd have to go with iridescent button mainly because destroying pallets after you vault them is pretty damn useful for stopping loops.

Defaced Smiley Pin / Etched Ruler
Etched Ruler. You get way more versatility with the power and you can afford to actually use it more often.

Defaced Smiley Pin / Etched Ruler
The information of the pin is also great. Knowing where everyone is during frenzy is never to be underestimated... and pallets disappear over time, so this addon always has a use.

Fuming Mix Tape / Iridescent Button
That mix tape is honestly pretty pog, it's not as good as Wraiths, but both are extremely good addons to have. I'd say the only ones to come close to the iridescents though are the Fatigue and Duration Addons.

Cold Dirt / Filthy Blade
Cold Dirt mixed with Joey's Mix Tape.
I hate that 4 second stun, and I never played as old Legion, so this is the only way to know how it was back then.

Susie's Mix Tape / The Legion Pin

Cold Dirt / Filthy Blade
Cold Dirt. It makes Feral Frenzy somewhat usable without losing significant distance on any survivor you want to down.
