Which map is the worst in your opinion for the surviviors ?
I personally think that the Treatment Hospital map is the worst for the surviviors. I know that the map got reworked but It's still one of the most hated maps by the survivors. What are your opinions ?

I never find myself easily escaping Sanctum of Wrath.
It's one of those kinds of maps that are just hard for reasons that aren't clear.

Treatment Theater is one of the better maps for survivors because it's bad for some of the strongest killers in the game. It makes the spirits footsteps louder; hillbilly can't chainsaw sprint very far; nurse has to blink really precisely into some really tight spaces. Not to mention, all the line of sight blockers that prevent any killer from seeing survivors moving around.
I think survivors only have one or two bad maps, and those are macmillan estate maps. Other than that, the rest of the maps are mostly good for survivors.

Judging by your comment I can tell that you are experienced player and you definetely changed my opinion on some things that I hate about the map.

That's nice of you to say. I'm very experienced in losing as killer in treatment theater :)

for me it would probaply be the Gideon Meat Plant.
now, the map itself isnt really killer or survivor sided (layout wise - it has really, REALLY strong pallets, but few stealth options), but i HATE it being a small map with two floors.
as a survivor i can never tell where tf the killer is, so more often than not i end up dashing straight into them...
why does the TR have to be on both floors? Dx

I have to agree with you. And being a trapper on this map is really overpowered because lot of survivors fail to notice the trap on the stairs and just straight step on it. Also the map is really huge and finding a generator is a real challenge.

I'm going to say Treatment theater, this is really a survivor map, strong killers are really limited. BUT ... It's so helpful for stealh killers like GhostFace , The Wraith and The Shape, they are able to stalk you easily and come more quickly without you noticing...
So yeah x)

Shelter Woods. All the survivors have is the shack and a big tree.
There is basic T-walls and jungle gyms but the map has a low number of pallets and there is no central structure on the map. It’s just a barren map with little to nothing to work with.
Indoor maps aren’t exactly survivor or killer side. Everyone is just bored on those maps. I do disagree with The Game being bad for survivors though. All the pallets are safe and unable to be mindgamed. If the survivors preserve the pallets and are able to loop efficiently then there is no way the killer stands a chance, they’re gonna be breaking 25 safe pallets and the survivors will breeze through the gens.

I find myself having a big win rate on Shelter Woods and It is not really that bad. However I think that if you play a killer like Michael Myers It is kind of easy to stalk the players.

Shelter woods is a tough one. You have to stealth more then killer and just run like hell if found. Most indoor maps are reliant on your team finding gens so those tend to be killer favored, depending on killer.

Hawkins and Shelter Woods.

Indoor maps + (No)Shelter Woods
and due to latest maps changes esp. autoheavens with big deadzones e.g. in front of exit gates and shack.

all indoor maps

Dead dawg saloon. It's too bright. Not a ton of pallets. Totems have insidious. It never loads for me as killer. It's the only map I've had more hatch escapes on than exits out of the gate.

I have to go with shelter woods. It's just a giant dead zone. Especially sucks if you use balanced landing lol.

Demogorgons map definitely. Second would be 'Slingers map.

I'm surprised that there hasn't been much mention of Hawkins. I thought an indoor map with the weakest pallets in the game would count as one of the worst maps for survivors. At least with Gideon and Treatment Theater they both have good pallets and loops. Hawkins meanwhile has those corner pallets that are a death zone if you get caught, and don't get me started on that one pallet that is upstairs with the one person generator.

Any cornfield or swamp map
I hate them with a burning passion on any side

I escape on that map quite often as well but the map is still just a big dead-zone. There is nothing for the survivors to work with other than shack. It’s paradise for most killers.
The ONLY thing it has going for it for the survivors is that it is a really big map so if the survivors split gen progression then it’s more likely they’ll do well against a killer with low map mobility.
Against killers that thrive on dead-zones such as Huntress or killers with high mobility/chase potential like Billy and Spirit, you’re just dead on that map.

Hawkins is definitely the most killer favored indoor map because all the pallets are unsafe but at least it has one relatively safe room that used to be heaven for old Balanced Landing.
I just wouldn’t say it is THE worst because a bunch of really good killers get cucked by this map like Huntress, Billy, Oni, and Nurse. It is torture to play these killers on Hawkins.
Hawkins is one of the worst maps for survivors but I just don’t think it is THE worst. Plus I don’y think many killers like it either. The map is so boring to play on.

The Game, not only is it boring for both sides because theres like 5 vaults in the entire map and most pallets are completely safe. But you literally can't do anything if the pallet(s) in an area are already used because of the lack of windows.

The game map is imo the worst, ormond is a close second.

I guess The Game because you can't tell where the killer is when inside the T/R. But The Game also has strong pallet loops so へ‿(ツ)‿ㄏ

Same thing for survivor noises. :(
