Does perk order matter?

So it's been confirmed some time ago by the devs and in-game testing that Add-on order matters.

Which actually was quite a big deal, old syringe reduced charges by 50%, so if you had the old Brown Medkit, Gel Dressings 1st slot and Syringe 2nd, you would have 9 charges, but old Brown Medkit, Syringe 1st slot and Gel Dressing 2nd slot gave you 14 charges. So you would always want Syringe in the first slot to get the maximum amount of charges.

However, has it ever been confirmed that perk order matters?

Example, would Monitor and Abuse in 1st perk slot and Distressing 2nd slot increase the Terror Radius more than Distressing 1st slot and Monitor&Abuse 2nd slot would? I mean, it would make sense that it would. Having a Terror Radius of 46,5m instead of 45m would be significant enough on a lot of Doctor builds to change the order if it has an effect like that. Or is it simply 46,5m regardless of the order?

Currently that is literally the only combination I can think off where it would matter, as there arent really many perks or addons working like that, especially since Syringe and Syptic have been reworked, but it would be nice to know for future reference. Let alone that many doc mains would be swapping M&A and Distressing if they build around static blast.

And since we're here, are addons prioritized over perks aswell? Not that it really matters too much as you cant change the outcome in that situation, but again in the case of Calm Add-ons, that could mean quite a significant difference in calculating the largest possible terror radius.

This is actually something I haven't gotten around to testing to find out for myself, but my guess is that Monitor applies first (establishes a base value) then Distressing applies after, regardless of order. I can't think of any other perks it would matter for either really, outside of other similar like Furtive Chase.

My guess would be exactly the opposite, as Distressing is a constant effect and MnA switches depending on game situation :P

But good to know that MnA gives you a not so much distressed TR outside chases and a huge distressed TR in chases. @Predated one more idea would be the anti heal builds with Coulrophobia, which you can use on pretty every killer with a decent TR. I think for Oni this build is a pretty nasty one, but it would also work very good for Nurse or Legion, and would help Trapper or Clown also pretty good. Good to combine with Nurses Calling, Thana or Blood Echo as 4th perk, depending on which killer and addons you have to support this.

Oh yeah, but I tend to go for Unnerving Presence, Overcharge, MnA, Distressing and the strongest Calm Addons on Doc. Just to be able to mess around as a killer. It's actually quite relaxing having everyone pretty much always on madness 3 while you just try to do a 360 swandive from up above.

That's kinda nice to know. Altho, somewhere inside I think it would be nice having some perks matter based on their order. Like having a difference between a brute force or stealthy combo depending in which order you place them.

The way I thought about it, and how it makes sense to me: M&A is always a static 8 meters in either direction, so that would apply before the dynamic percentage of Distressing.
