What's your opinion on Brutal Strength?
Trapper's most used perk. What do you think?
P.S: I meant to add more options but I pressed Enter too early. The other options would've been "Needs a rework", "It's fine the way it is" and "Other". If it's no biggie, please mods delete this so I can redo it! Too bad I can't edit poll options.

I'm fine with it at the moment. It's good for killers who break alot of pallets.

It's in an okay spot. Not every Perk needs to be viable for every KIller. It has it's uses for some Killers. I like using it with Fire Up.

Ah, thanks for that, I wasn't sure if I had to report my own post or pray to the Nurse goddess up there.

They won't always take the time to do so though, cause there's probably better things to do, or they're already in the middle of something.

Needs a buff
I think it needs a buff. Not a "oh my god! It's so useless now" but it needs a small buff. Like it was originally 10/20/30. Right now survivors are way better than when it started, and have tons of "second chances".

Needs a buff
I don't think it needs a huge buff; but it could do with a tweak or two to make it worth bringing on Killers besides Clown and Doctor.
Also, while this is outside the scope of the poll, I think it should change the breaking animation into one kick/smack instead of two. It'd look cool and make the perk easier to identify for Survivors - so they wouldn't get caught too off guard by a buffed Brutal Strength if they're paying attention.

I kind of hate that you didn't provide a middle ground poll option. I personally think it's fine the way it is, and if it's ever going to be changed it would have to be something small.
This actually sounds like a great idea (changing the break animation), sort of similar to how they added an animation for Dead Hard so you could better more clearly tell when it was being used.

Please read my initial post, I meant to add 3 more options but I screwed up. And unfortunately, poll options can't be edited.

Oh. My bad, well I guess I still answered anyway since I mentioned previously "I think it's fine the way it is"
But I feel ya m8, I've had the same situation before. What you can actually do is report your own post, mention you wrote it and ask them to take it down because it uploaded too early before you finished. Make the whole thing over.
It's a bit of a tedious process, but it's basically what the staff suggested when I asked awhile ago.

If you are like that "Hold w and break every pallet" approach then i like it. It has a good effect but it just needs the numbers bumped up a little bit.

Yea; even if BS doesn't get buffed, it'd be nice to see a new animation.
The more unique animations the better IMO.

I actually really dig the idea of BS with a unique animation.
Gotcha, I'll try with that too, thanks!

although I think it's good, it could use a slight buff.

I'd say it's fine where it is.

I like it as is and use it fairly often, the speed boost is small but that extra speed to catch up can make the difference in catching them at the window.
Also good for kicking gens and breakable walls faster, which will be put in all the maps making the perk a bit more viable.
At one point, I wanted them to add an additional regression when kicking a gen but with the walls not so sure anymore, already gives it more viability.

Truly, I've noticed an increased demand for that nowadays (more unique animations [and updating old ones])
Updating old mori animations, having unique breaking walls / closing hatch animations for different killers, one thing that I've always looked for are separate item animations for survivors. Ever notice how if you're holding an item and you perform an action like say, vaulting a window, the item straight up disappears? I really wish there were separate animations for survivors holding items so if you're vaulting a window with a medkit or a toolbox that medkit or toolbox actually stays in your offhand while the character uses their other hand to push them over and forward through a window. Or whenever you're using a medkit you actually open it up and pull out bandages or when using a toolbox you pull out a screwdriver.
These kinds of things would just make the game feel overall more polished and finished, considering a few of these haven't been changed since the game first released in June of 2016.

I’d say it’s fine as is. It’s a little bit week but it accomplishes what it’s there for.

Yea, it basically prevents anyone from pulling off a window fake on me if they have an item, since it vanishes to the shadow realm as they start to vault. It's kinda silly.
I agree that probably my biggest problem is that so many of the animations both haven't both improved in a couple years and are just copied into different scenarios for different characters. Just imagine if every Survivor had separate chase run, run, walk, crouch, and repair animations.
It's not a huge deal obviously and not something that should take priority over fixing matchmaking, but it's like with New Léry's - the little details are really amazing when they exist.

I agree it is hella silly, the item disappearing thing has definitely got to be my biggest issue when it comes to different animations. Even though it's hardly ever talked about
The thing that sucks about it is for the most part these are what I call "backburner ideas" things like rewards for devotion level, updating old animations, creating unique animations for different killers, creating unique animations for perks like Brutal Strength, etc. (I'm sure there are a few others I'm missing / forgetting here). For the most part they're all genuinely cool ideas, but they're not exactly necessary changes when it comes to core gameplay. Changes the devs will probably say: "we'd like to do it in the future, but right now we're doing a bunch of other things" those other things being dedicated servers, integrating breakable walls into old maps AKA Map reworks / Layout changes, New content, Events (maybe), matchmaking, hitboxes, etc. on and on
Well big Hint: even after all these things are solved, there will always be "a bunch of other things" to work on. With that kind of mentality, these backburner ideas will always be on the backburner, there will always be something more important to do. And that honestly kind of sucks
And on occasion I'll even hear someone say "imagine complaining about something so insignificant lol" or something along the lines. Which honestly is infuriating, because if I have to repeat myself again, it's not about significance, it's about polishing up the parts of the game that feel somewhat incomplete or not constructed to the standard of everything else that is far more detailed or with more effort put in. It's about making it feel like a finished project
*Sigh*

Why is there no option for neither lol? Brutal is fine as is, it closes gaps and when used on Clown or Freddy it really helps close that distance.

Needs a buff
Before in like 2016-2017 almost every killer would run it because it was really good, after the nerf it's almost useless. I think it needs a buff

It's bound to become better after they implement breakable walls on the other maps so I don't think it needs a buff just yet, I think this discussion should be held after the future map changes.
1 -
It needs a 5 or 10% buff imo.

Needs a buff
I honestly think that it should be reduced for pallet breaks but increased massively for gen breaks. This way its not so strong in chases but its better for all-round pressure. It needs to actually contest Pop Goes The Weasel without being op in chases, so why not make it 25% vs pallets and 40% vs gens or something like that. Or just give it a smaller version of Pop, like an instant 5% decrease because of how "brutal" your hits on the gen are.
