When is matchmaking being fixed?

Killer is not fun. At all. I'm rank 11, which I don't really even deserve to be, and I cannot play a single game without my lobby being all red ranks. They all loop me for 5 gens, everyone has flashlights, everyone is toxic. I can't have fun as killer. I just want to play some games as killer, maybe get a few kills or at least a few hits in. But instead I load into a lobby, get into a chase, watch all my gens pop almost instantly whether I abandon the survivor in search of someone else or not, and then just get tea bagged at the exit gates because they won't just leave, they have to rub in the win. I'm so tired of not having any fun. Please address matchmaking, it's such a joke.

    I completely agree with you. The numbers don't add up at all. You are at lowest rank but always face highest rank? Also at the end of those games each survivor complains about ANYTHING a killer does and killers have no argument since if you dare respond then you get ambushed by 4 others against you and no one on your side. As killer you are the bad guy, that is your role, but at the end of the day we are all just gamers and can treat one another with a bit more respect. Gates open, just leave. You 4k an entire team, just say "gg" and don't gloat.

    Or you could just leave the chat box closed and let them argue into the void.

    No one wants to play Killer at high ranks still even after this update. So the survivor search queue expands to purple rank killers, and when those get full they go to green rank killers and so on.

    Yeah absolutely. I'm on PS4 so I don't have chat but I get messages sometimes if I 4k haha. It's bad though. I can't improve, ironically, when I'm facing the best survivors because they just know how to run me around no matter what I try. It's so disheartening.

    Oh definitely, I understand. I had a few red rank killers today since I'm a red rank survivor. Didn't even try killer, it's too disheartening to be trashed constantly. But I had mostly purple or green ranked killers today. Such nonsense. The matchmaking needs to be fixed, maybe maximum 5 ranks either side to be matched with/against.

    On the other side of that though, as a rank 1 killer im not playing a sweaty 4 man swf every game and as a rank 1 survivor Im not playing against a sweaty spirit every game. Its nice honestly.
