A killer that's a car

I have an idea for a killer that's a car. Running survivors over to injure them is too similar to Billy, so I thought instead it's a type of killer that can transfer and hinder survivors. My idea is that while it does have to drive and hit survivors, instead when it hits them they're forced inside the car and are forced to complete complicated skill checks to unlock the car door and escape. If they don't do it in time, the car can drive into walls (only certain walls) and down the survivor inside. For hooking the survivor, I can imagine the hook itself shooting at the survivor and pulling them up to hook them. I know it sounds silly, but I think a car killer could work.
