Why is it always the furthest clock agaisnt freddy?
Im usually against rng in this game since normally it dosent end up well *cough* pig "cough", but freddy could do with the clocks being random instead of always the furthest one

I didnt mean it like that. I meant one random clock is highlighted for you instead of it always being the furthest

Clocks are the lowest-risk, easiest way to get out of sleep. It takes a single survivor, interacting with a highlighted object.
Compare this to failing a skill check, which notifies the killer, or being woken up, which requires a little coordination between two survivors.
Every method has to have a cost, so the clock has distance (but also rewards you for your travel time with a thirty-second grace period).

That, you being asleep is half of Freddys power, so like other do said it should come with some risk in getting out
