Ask Me Why I Don't Main Nurse Anymore (Video) Patched!
Excuse the filter.
At the end of the video, I port LINEAR to the 2nd floor and it shoots me down.
Why is Nurse being ignored? Every patch, every week, there's a new bug, new glitch that goes ignored.
With double range addons, I can't get to the second floor.

I feel like her add on that lets her see where she's going to blink should just be a standard part of her power. Agree with your sentiments tho.

I can't stand that she's being ignored so bad, so I've been doing well with Huntress, but she's bugged as well.
NONE of her Exhaustion or effect Hatchet Addons work at the moment.
This game is a mess.

I remember when I first started playing DbD. I immediately tried to get used to Nurse because I already knew she was the only REAL viable killer in the game. It took me many many hours to "master" her. Nurse was the first killer I ever wanted to fully prestige. She was the first killer I ever wanted to unlock all the perks on. She was the first (and to this day the last) killer who could handle any team you could possibly go against.
Good old times. I stopped playing her at some point, because the most games were just to easy. I just played her if I had to -> against hardcore teams you know. Then I heard that they want to change her, but let her base the same. They said, I am sure everyone from that time can prove it, that they won't touch her base too much. Minor changes at most. And that "minor" change killed her for me. Double cooldown on a killer.. wow. Until this day McClean things that with double cooldown addons you get the old nurse back, but that is bullshit.
I stopped playing nurse completely because this cooldown and fatigue thing gave me a headache every time I tried to play her. Also she's always been a magnet for bugs, but it just keeps getting worse and worse.
Wow. This has gotten out of hand here.

This game was always a mess. "the mess" is just getting shifted around to different areas. One day it's a survivor perk, another day a killer addon, next day a survivor item, then a whole killer ability, then the map etc etc.
This game had ALWAYS something. I really can't remember a single day where my experience was bug free and fluent. And I have played since release with over 4k hours on record.

Same, on PS4 with PC I have roughly about 4k hours and it's just bad.
But, I've never in my 3 years of playing have seen such disregard for a killer.
A week or two, maybe a month but entire MONTHS is just embarrassing, and appalling.

I found a bug earlier today that caused me to get a blink hit with 0 recovery, fatigue, or weapon wiping. Just smack and then keep walking. It only happened once and then the hits were back to normal. I was super confused and I'm not entirely sure how it happened but I'm not going to say how I think it happened because it'll be fixed the millisecond I hit "post comment" meanwhile all the bugs that are bad for her are left in the game for months
I'd also like to add that I was on temple of purgation and I couldn't blink literally anywhere near the main building or it would make me blink in place, it didn't have anything to do with the other bug but it did cause me to get a few unintentional mindgames where the survivor ran back into me because I didn't actually go anywhere

Instead of being pretty much specific in title just say that the game is broken cause there are just too many things this patch broke.

Devs wanted to delete her without refunding cosmetics. They practically succeeded.
I doubt they will ever update her and they are probably going to leave her till last for the rift.

As another Nurse main i say: She needs a hotfix asap.
She is literally unplayable on maps with big buildings where you can't blink in or out.

I guess those Bugs are pretty easy to fix. If I am not mistaken the huge amount of Nurse-Bugs is due to Dedicated Servers. Because Dedicated Servers got live (on PC) when the Nurse Rework hit Live.
And I am pretty sure that Dedicated Server-Bugs are harder to fix than anything else. Vaults took so many months to be fixed for example.
But I 100% agree, Nurse needs to get fixed in regards to her Bugs. It is simply nonsense that people want to start Balance-Discussions about Nurse when she is not working properly, because it is really difficult to get an idea how balanced she is right now. And this makes it also harder for the Devs to look at her.

To the first attempts: you don't even make it inside the building. That is a clue that you simply were too far away to get up to the second floor. And you know that with range addons you need to charge longer than pre rework omega blink? I would test that again with the flannel equipped
Lightburn bug on Wraith was in the game for over half a year. Not saying that this makes the bugs nurse has to face any less critical, just for info.

This is a bug, there are some more on other maps as well including the game. However, they devs will fix it like they did with sanctum of wrath. Yes i do think they should watch out for these bugs more carefully and react faster, however this isn't the devs intended purpose and they do care about nurse, it's just that there's so many killers bugged atm.

Agreed. Poor blink understanding or a video setup to make Nurse look bad. The killer walks further from the building as well to retry.
The second blinks weren’t charged enough either to make it anywheres. When blinking through an object you have to ‘clear’ it or it just blinks you in front of it.
Sometimes I think these bugs people complain about is just inexperience.

I wonder if some people ever played nurse in their lives. The blink was normal, duble range addons. Please, don't talk about things you don't know. It's a known bug, and it's in a lot of maps.

Why should he try with an addon when it's a known bug? Just to people that don't know nurse to see? With omega blink, sometimes you even blink up with no intentions because of the range. What. Are. You. Talking. About?

I explained what I saw in the video, that should answer your "why". If the blink doesn't even get you UNDER the second floor, it will surely not be able to blink you ON TOP of the second floor, if there are bugs or not

This could be proven with a brown add on in KYFs. I don’t play Nurse as much. So your position is that she literally cannot blink up to a second floor, ever? And that it is not a mistake in the blink usage.
I feel part of playing Nurse is learning these mechanics or you will fail over and over like in OP’s video. Like not blinking through certain structures is part of her learning curve.

Why don't YOU try it. I want YOU to record a video of you trying to blink into the building. I have double range addons, and I've provided more than 1 or 2 blinks to prove you cannot get inside. I'll be more than happy to provide more videos on this map.

Nurse is so bad and so damn cluncky, and the devs are completely happy with how she is. ever since her rework she's been a mess.

I stopped playing her when they added a cooldown to her for no reason other than to make it easier for survivors. Also you get hard punished for missing your blink swings now. I wish you wouldnt take a stun if you miss your swing now that they've added a cooldown. Its rough on console

Yeah, I hope in time they'll get rid of her Red Bar.
A cooldown, on top of a fatigue isn't a nice thing to do to your First DLC.
