I can't say I have noticed this but I don't go against many Plagues. I would suggest taking the footage you have and any other info you have on how often it is, or if you can try it in KYF to see if it is repeatable, then post it all in the bug forum. It will be the best chance to get it fixed and maybe others have seen the same. :)

It's happened to me against a Legion before :( It's caused by the killer hitting the unhooker (haha) as they're unhooking you.
I've seen it reported many times in the bug reports forum, so I guess we'll just have to wait....

I've had that happen to me as killer on console (Switch). I was playing Trapper on Haddonfield and once I hooked a survivor, i got stuck in the hook and couldn't get out.

Not that in particular, but it's possibly related to the hook bug. Looks like there's something blocking you from hanging the claudette. Whatever is blocking you from hanging her in that video might be what I got stuck in after I hooked a survivor.
