i don't get reward from rift

i have pass some level but the

rewards is still not showing own item yet

in lv 27

    remember to claim the rewards by visiting the rift, also you need to buy the premium pass to get the ones of the second line, also, check in your character inventories.

    If for some reason you got confused, this is not like fortnite, player level is not the same from rift tier, you need to check the number 27 belongs to the rift tier, not level

    yes yes i always claim the rewards but only the legion and a charm does not come to inventory yet

    Would you be able to show some screenshots of the characters' inventories with the item(s) missing? Not because we don't believe you, just in case you missed it or something like that.

    Try restarting your game (and maybe Steam as well, for good measure) and see if that fixes things. If not, you can send a ticket to Support and they should be able to help you resolve the issue: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us
