Grabs bugged?
I've been having two problems with grabs recently.I've been playing ghostface alot and use my shroud to pull people off gens, it usually works but I've found two potential bugs that happen, either the first part of the animation plays of the grab but then i just do a normal swing and the other one only happened once but I went to grab and just froze in place, I couldn't walk couldn't swing or anything and they got the gen done-

It's been llike that for ages.
You can thank Dedicated Servers for that. Hopefully they'll have that fixed soon, maybe make grabs a priority same way hit detection is a priority for Killers.
Because the amount of times I got BSed out of a grab is too much to count.

Especially on killers like Nurse or Hag, it really gives survivors such large free advantages when they already get so many from the bugs alone.

It’s been like this ever since 2.2.0 when they sped up the grab animation.

Ooh that wonderful Nurse bug that instead of grabbing them, you hit them, the weapon wiping animation plays and then fatigue kicks in.
I think it is still bugged, right?

Yeah, I think the dedicated servers made it worse. The fake grabs weren’t as prominent back during 2.2.0’s release.

It's really annoying when you start a grab animation, the survivor runs and your stuck in place for the full animation duration while they get free distance. It really needs to be looked at.

I have to second that lol. There's been way too many times especially when a survivor unhooks someone in front of me. It's also at the right time too, not when it's late, or early

It's with the communication with the server. The grab has to be sent from you to the server, to the survivor and then back. The issue here is that if the survivor reacts pretty quickly by running away, it conflicts the signals, and now according to the server you are performing a grab action with no one there.
