charge glitch

So there is a glitch on Xbox, not sure if it's on the other platforms but anyways, if you play a killer who can charge and hold their power(huntress,clown,nurse,hillbilly,myres...) They can phase into a survivor who is tier 2 on the hook. It's been on Xbox since clowns release and still no fix so are we just going to keep it in or no? I don't mind either way since I play killer but some others might care.

    Never noticed this but I don’t see it as a big deal. I guess since no one actually reported it they probably don’t even know about it

    Never noticed this but I don’t see it as a big deal. I guess since no one actually reported it they probably don’t even know about it 
    Not a big deal? It make you unable to save the hooked survivor.

    Have you made a bug report in the tech forum?
    Also I have not experienced this on PC since they made rotating hooks. An I play almost only survivor.
