I believe so, but a mod/developer could give a more accurate answer. Keep in mind that if you are queuing with people who would play on a different server/region you would be playing on their server (assuming they hosted the swf) and would have a worse connection which could explain the hits.

VPN is to protect your identity, I don't think they've meddled in the VPN affairs.

it should be bannable. i have BOAT LOADS of clips of people being hit down the map or hit through pallets that are put down 2-3 seconds early. its sickening and unfun.

On top of that, they can't prove who's VPN'ing. Your location is PINGED to that area, so any tracking system will say you're in that area.
