Kill Switch update: The issue affecting Baermar Uraz's Ugly Sweater has been fixed and the cosmetic has been reenabled in all queues with this update.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

At least several times a day in-game there will be a pop-up that says EAC has detected files have been modified and that they need to be verified, then it forces me to DC and quit the game. I've verified the files multiple times, but it hasn't helped and this keeps happening no matter what I do. It's frequent enough that my DC penalties are going up to about an hour. Any advice and help is appreciated, thank you.

try repairing eac in the game files which you can find in the propperties too or reinstall the game, if nothing works, support ticket https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us
