How to properly report exploit?

I was playing Freddy on The Game, and it went normally until I saw Nea and Steve body blocked Quentin after unhooking him. At the end of the game they propped their body in a way that I wasn't able to pick them up. Suffice to say that the end game chat was also not pretty. I know this is not the channel to report but i tried emailing them and it said the email wasn't right (support.deadbydaylight.com). I just want them to be properly punished for it.

    Just open a ticket through the website provided within the game.

    You can't post links on the forums, it's not looked well upon.

    Have the video proof, upload it to YouTube. The reporting system on the website is heavily outdated and it will ask you to upload it but it will never allow you to upload it, try also clipping pictures and submitting those.

    Send the YouTube video as well.

    roger that, i will go back in game and try reporting it that way. as you can see that was my very first post so i dont know the rules around here. thx a lot
