You can burn the nurse?
My friend showed me a video of a youtuber today. This youtuber actually burned the nurse (with a flashlight). Just like we can burn Wraith when he's cloaked. I've been playing this game for three years now, but this is new to me. What else have I missed? Tell me your super secret DbD knowledge.

It's a pretty uncommon thing to see, yeah.
You can also prevent her from starting to charge a blink in the first place by keeping a flashlight beam on her if I remember correctly.

As long as she's charging a blink you can lightburn her. Lore-wise it seems to do with being in the "Spirit World", which both Wraith and Nurse go through.
Yes, I've had that happen before at a pallet and I forgot it was even a thing! It's very uncommon.

You can also burn hag 's trap as well.

And somehow the Spirit, who exists in both, isn't affected by this while Phasing.

On a technicality, Spirit goes through "an ethereal plane" while phasing, which is different than the Spirit World.

Yea, but it would be nice if we could burn her with a flashlight. It would tone her down a bit when playing solo against her.

Would also be toxic when playing SWF against her. Items countering specific killers is pretty outdated imo, and it's dumb that it gets to do that when it's already one of the strongest items.

Plus, they'd have to buff her even more if they wanted her to be viable. Just look at Hag, when flashlights aren't present to destroy her traps, she's arguably got the best and most versatile power. Doubt Hag would've even been buffed if flashlights never affected her traps.

How many worlds do we have on dbd? Its the ethereal plane, the Spirit world and the upside down, how many that we don't know?

According to the wiki there are 6 Sub-Realms in DBD:
- Campfire (what we puny human call the Lobby or the Main Menu)
- Dream World (used by Freddy)
- Ethereal Plane (used by the Spirit)
- Spirit World (used by Wraith and Nurse, probably that's why they are a canon couple in the game although I have my other theory)
- Void (basically the dumpster for the old toys of the Entity)
- Upside Down (used by the Demogorgon)

I meant while she is phasing. Not at any time. That way the Survivor would still have to try and predict where she is coming from.
But yea, swf would abuse it, I understand why we don't have it.

The reason hardly anybody knows is because it’s pretty much worthless. Burning a nurse out of blink at that range is suicide because she only needs a half second charge to blink on top of you.

She does not go to the Spirit world, but the Ethereal Plane. This is why Lightburn does not effect her.

And yet you can't Burn Spirit for some reason when 2 weaker killers can get burned.

How is the Nurse weaker than Spirit Lmao?

Wraith and Nurse are pretty much not ghosts like the Spirit. They might have gained acces to the spirit world which is probably just a higher plane on existance but not necessairly as far from reality where the dead goes. That’s why Wraith appearls to be just cloaked while Spirit is completelly invisible and he can see survivors normaly while the Spirit can’t.

- Nurse is riddled with bugs.
- You blink in place if you don't hold your blink for at least .5 seconds because of servers.
- You can lose your second blink at any time.
- RED BAR.
- She still has fatigue.
- Still at 94% speed.
- Spirit isn't affected by servers, at the slightest.
You've got to be kidding yourself if you think Nurse is stronger than Spirit.
Pre nerf, Nurse was God. Freddy and Spirit are much stronger.

I don’t know what you’re talking about. I play Nurse a lot and other than the stupid sound bug while charging the blink which is around since the dinosaurs, I haven’t experienced anything else. Spirit is a close second but nowhere near as lethal and Freddy...Really? He’s the best m1-er with Doc comming righ after him in that category. But there is easily 3 killers stand above Freddy at the moment.
