Baseline wraith needs a buff and his top addons need a nerf IMO
I've had this opinion for a while now but I'm not sure if many others share it. I feel like baseline wraith with his default ability, unenhanced by addons, is too weak while his top addons are kinda over the top. Obviously they are not as much an outlier as irid hatchet but I think they could be toned down a little bit while helping out his baseline toolkit.

That's the kind of design that should apply to every killer.Addons should never make a killer feel that drastically different like ghostface with cooldown addons or wraith with bell addons

Wraith doesn't need a nerf to any of his kit in any sense.
Just pure, hyper buff all addons, base movespeed and remove the crappy addons.

Can we nerf Nurses's extremely OP red and purple addons to help her basekit? I'll take that T_T
