Hook, or Totem?
OK, moral dilemma.
Playing against Nurse at high level w obligatory Ruin.
Going in for the Save, Nurse has flown off, victim is in 1st phase and you see the Totem next to them.
You will cleanse the Totem before they go to Phase2. What do you go for first?

Totem, of course.

Yeah, totem 100%. Totem takes a lot longer to cleanse, either action will alert the Nurse, but it's faster to do totem then hook vs the other way around. If you do hook first, Nurse will probably be back by the time you cleanse the totem.

What everyone else has already said.0

I'll chase the nurse

It depends on what is going on in the match. If the totem is close to the hooked survivor and the Nurse has flown off then common sense would be to get the totem then the survivor. Although if she had Thrill of the Hunt then it may be smarter to get the survivor first since she’ll obviously come back to guard the totem and do a little bit of patrolling around the survivor if she knows her totem was spotted.

Nice one. My conscience is clear! My team can go whistle!0

Totem.
If survivor is about to reach the 2nd phase then survivor goes first.1 -

totem if they dont have thrill of the hunt then save right after because no matter what you do first once the killer gets a notification over there than they will TP right back unless the survivor will end up in 2nd phase as a result if that happens then i will save, hide, then do the totem when its safe

I'd rather save the person and then cleanse the totem.

The correct answer is to find the nearest hook yourself and await the Nurse for further instructions.
