DBD servers down?

Not exactly the way I wanted to say hello again after a six-month break from the game, but:

I keep getting a "No network connection: In order to access this content, a network connection is required" error message on the DBD title screen today. Everything else definitely works (i.e. the issue is not an Internet error on my end), and other Steam games work just fine. Is something up with the DBD servers? Is anyone else having this problem?
