Seriously, though, it got to the point that I was moonwalking from one gen to another because I could tell they all had it after a few episodes of seeing everyone scatter off a gen when I was standing far away in a corn field. 🤣
Do people really like it that much? Been seeing it more and more lately.

Hell no, I dick around too much. (I also only have like 100 hours on the game total, hah. And that's counting sitting around in menus all the time. I'm actually a big newbie.)
Probably could get to at least purple ranks right now. I tend to derank a lot messing around with survivors and doing challenges and helping out and crap. I'd never be Rank 1 no matter how hard I tried, though.

BTW, spinechill is indeed gooooooooooooooood against Stealth killers, and not stealth killers aswell as Spirit and in general agianst any killer cause you can AVOID a chase by creating distance and hiding or jsut creating so much distance that the killer may not even try to go for u, anyway Spinechill is overall fine, good perk. but not insane sometimes the perk actually fuc** u all over because is vague information u may even run to the killer wich is hilarious...

Yeah spinechill is also part of the vaulting build, since well spinechill does make vaulting faster when the killer is looking at you. Which can be a life saver. That and before vaults became smoother, could help you to avoid the pure nonsense hits.So not just good for early warnings but to help you loop as well.

I play both sides, but killer more often as I’m too impatient to wait 10 mins to be placed in a lobby.
Does it need nerfed? I don’t think so personally. If I’m playing solo survivor (90% of the time I do), I’m almost always rocking Spine Chill. While it gives you less info than Premonition, it does not have a cooldown and gives added bonus to gen speed, heal speed, and (most commonly sought) vault speed while it’s active.
On the killer side, if I’m playing as Wraith V survivors that have their spine on ice, it doesn’t effect me too much. You simple go towards a target area like a gen while looking to the side or behind you as you approach. This will not allow Spine Chill to trigger, or have it flashing off and on, very confusing. This will help you get the jump on people for that easy 1st hit, an ability Wraith excels at. If the survivor is super petrified and starts running/hiding anyway, well...then they’re not on a gen, and trust me that is success enough.

But you 4k'ed and not a single survivor ran DS, Dead hard, Adrenaline or Borrowed time? That to me is a game that any killer would gladly take over the sweats any day lol. Not to say they probably didn't give you a somewhat decent run for your money... But I'd rather them have perks that alert them when I'm staring them down than chase people who want me to hit them so they can ds me and teabag and then farm hook with borrowed all the while doing gens to pop adrenaline and trash talk me end game because I couldn't kill people for them running meta perks. Not to say I'm thrashing on you for the post... It's just, you got a really good game and obviously it went well if you 4k'ed... I wish my games were more like that these days.
Hell, not to mention the matchmaking was 75% on par this time as the majority was at your rank or really close! Can't tell you how many times at rank 15 or 16 when I'm just screwing around for shits and giggles I get placed with sweaty rank 4's and 3's and then when I actually play like when I was in rank 2-5 it's rank 16 survivors who are still learning loops... In fact, I envy you for this game lol

Spine chill is one of the better survivor perks. It gives newer players enough information on the killer for them to get out of harm's way, making it a good survival perk, and it gives experienced players the extra speed on fast vaults over windows and pallets on top of the information, making it also a good chase perk. I personally don't run it anymore because I find it boring but it's definitely very useful (that and every popular survivor main is running resilience+spine chill, it's even stronger now that vaults have improved)

I play survivor a lot and even i dont want those nerfed. They need to stop twinking every thing why try to fix things if it aint broken? I hear Wraiths breathing and loud foot steps before my spine chill goes off. He's so loud for a stealth killer. I like the speed boost from spine chill, wicked useful for those pesky lit totems the killers try to protect. 😂

I almost got to 5k hours without ever touching Spine Chill. I always thought of it as a super nooby perk but my friends finally convinced me and I cant take it off. There are so many anti stealth killers and anti stealth perks now. I've always hated Wraith bc he never has to put any effort in finding me and after his buffs he gets a little speed boost essentially getting a free find and free hit. That's annoying af and SC counters that nicely. It also counters several other anti stealth killers now that are commonly used. And great on those sweaty spirits too.
Also loving Kindred since it tells me if a killer, especially a stealthy one, comes at me with bbq. Overall the combo is bringing back a lot of stealth plays back and I love wasting a killers time looking for me and failing to find me.

I guess something about my playstyle just makes it moot? I swear, I've never done a moonwalk in this game once, just sneak around and every match I have at least poked everyone once. I've never had a match where anyone successfully hid from me.

To be fair, Ghostface can stalk around corners, it gets me super paranoid when I'm facing him and my Spine chill goes off. SUPER paranoid. So perhaps they also have a similar reaction.

As surv I always run it, and as killer I find myself more and more looking like 90 degrees away when I think it's there.
