Ok, what's going on?
So just playing in Mobile, and this shining light appeared in the map, somewhere and somehow. IDK what it is, anyone knows about? Or this is somehow connected with the 4th anniversary?

It's a marker add-on used with map. All survivors can see regardless of who used it. It's a secondary action. People usually use it to show where the hatch has spawned. It's not intractable.

Map is good if you're trying to blood point grind. If you put on add ons that let you track other objects (totems, exit gates, hatch, etc.) you get points for just walking by it with a map in your hand
