Alright, it could be Pinhead. I'm not aware of any characters named Simon in Candyman, though it's been a while since I watched the trilogy.

Trying to think of a meaningful Simon in the Alien, F13th, and IT series. Only Simon I know is Simon Bamford who played Butterball, one of the cenobite quartet from hellraiser.

Two Simons in the Hellraiser franchise; one is the character built the box, the other is an actor who played one of Pinhead's followers/friends.
I'm not asking for a name, I don't want that person to get fired for spilling "state" secrets. However, knowing where he gets the information from would go a long way in convincing me (and others) that it's legit and not just him copying Leaks by Daylight and/or making stuff up.
